Please read these details carefully as it will save time on the night. Use the links below for information on time bands and training levels.
Tuesday training is Link Road 800s with Dick and Sarah. Meet at the top of the link road at 6.45 warmed up and ready to run.
Coach Sarah says: 'It will be a 30 minute session, you will alternate downhill and uphill 800m efforts with a recovery at each end, we suggest 90s or 2 minute recoveries depending on your level of fitness.
Aim to run at an even pace on the downhill efforts. On the uphill efforts you have the option of picking up the pace at the marked half way point, on all or on your final effort. More detail on the night.
There will be a coach at each end to keep you honest! Don’t forget your high-vis'.

This session is suitable for Harriers Juniors aged 14 and over. A parent must remain within arm's reach at all times while running. Speak to Steve Dilley and Dick or Sarah prior to the session if you intend to bring a junior.
