Tuesday 11 July
This Tuesday is the third of our Rose Inn series, starting at 7:30pm. You can help, or run, or help and run. See Marg's FB post for the volunteer list.
For those not involved in Rose Inn, Eddie and Sarah will deliver one session on the Leisure Centre field, starting at 6:30pm.
Please read these details carefully as it will save time on the night. Use the links below for information on time bands and training levels.
Coach Eddie says: 'For those you tried it and those who didn’t, we will repeat our variable pace VO2max session. A reminder that its 5 or even 6 x 600 with 400 used to start easy and build to Threshold, then 100m at Threshold with the final 100 at 95% effort ( VO2max). Let’s do the last 100 better this week.
Rest is 2 mins – 5 mins as you see fit. Start across the field each time with a 1.5 lap warm up'.
Juniors
All track sessions are suitable for Harriers Juniors aged 14 and over. A parent must remain present on the field throughout, but there is no requirement to run together. Speak to Steve Dilley and Eddie or Sarah prior to the session if you intend to bring a junior.
Thursday 13 July
Thursday's run is St Pierre, meet in the lower Leisure Centre carpark at 6:35pm for a 6:45pm start. Graham is MC and will get you into in your groups. You may choose a tempo or more social run, a 45 minute out and back run, or a walk.
After the run is tea/coffee and biscuits in the Leisure Centre bar, do please join us for a drink and a chat.
Respiratory Infections
You are asked to not to attend Harriers training or events if you have symptoms, or are advised to self isolate in accordance with Welsh guidelines.
