Tuesday is the third GLCL race of the road season at Pontypool, starting at 7:30pm.
Men's Team Captain Steve says: 'The course is very slightly different at the start this year but the profile for next Tuesday will be essentially the same….the main feature is the descent just after a mile and the climb back to the canal. The rest is fairly flat with a few gentle rises. In total about 6 miles
At present the Men’s A team is tied for 3rd with Pontypool. The B team is 4th and the C team is 6th. Considering the distance to Parc Bryn Bach we had a decent turnout last time. Pontypool is much closer and should be easier to get there after work. The league is the most competitive I can remember this year. We need 24 men and 24 ladies to make complete A,B and C teams everyone contributes
