Tuesday 15 March
This week's session is Elm Road, with Sue & Bethan at 6:00pm and James & Paul 7:00pm.
Coach Sue says:
Start is at the Gloucester Road end of Elm Road, with parking at Elm Close (please don't park on Elm Road itself as it narrows the course for the session). You should allow 20 minutes of running to warm up, either by running there or when you arrive.
High Viz is mandatory for winter sessions. Head torches will not be needed, especially as runners will be facing each other during the session, but look out for vehicles pulling in and out of property. Please do think about whether you will need a head torch on the way to and home from the session.
Thursday 17 March
Thursday's run is Mathern. Meet in the lower Leisure Centre at 6:35pm for a 6:45pm start, where Neil is MC and will get you into in your groups. You may choose a tempo or more social run, a 45 minute out and back run, or a walk.
Please ensure you wear High Vis which is mandatory, and bring a head torch.
The run will be followed by a Pub Quiz, organised by Shari. This will be in the Leisure Centre Bar at 8:00pm. Look out for more details on Facebook / Bulletin Board.
COVID-19
You must not attend any Harriers training if you need to self isolate in accordance with Welsh guidelines.
Enjoy your running.
Dickie.
