Harriers Training - w/c 28 February

Tuesday 01 March

This week's session is 400s on the Severn Bridge, with Kevin & Sarah at 6:00pm and Sue & Neil 7:00pm. Meet up from the underpass on the eastbound/upstream/Lydney side, in the space just before the gate onto the main bridge.

Coach Kev says 'Tuesdays session will be on the Bridge just after the gate, (not on the Parkrun side). It will consist of  400m with 100m recovery to Coach at the turning point followed by 400m with 100m recovery back to Sarah at the start.

This will be at 5K effort, between zones 2 and 3 depending on your fitness levels. 30mins duration of continuous running so make sure you pace judgement works for you over the whole 30 minutes of the session. More details by me on the night. See you all Tuesday'.

The Bridge is safe and well-lit, but please wear high viz, and watch out for cyclists. Head torches will not be needed, especially as runners will be facing each other on the out and back. Please do think about whether you will need a head torch on the way to and home from the session however.

Registration is not required.
