Harriers Training - w/c 03 January

Tuesday 04 January

Just the one session this week, which is 400m intervals on the Severn Bridge at 7pm, with Andy and Sarah. Meet up from the underpass on the eastbound/upstream/Lydney side, in the space just before the gate onto the main bridge. The aim of this session is to develop speed endurance, and hone your technique and pace judgement.

The Bridge is safe and well-lit, but please wear high viz, and watch out for cyclists. Head torches will not be needed, especially as runners will be facing each other on the out and back. Please do think about whether you will need a head torch on the way to and home from the session however.

In order to plan the best session for attendees, you are requested to register if you plan to come, giving your name and pace group only. Registration is not compulsory however, and details will not be retained following the session.

Please ensure you wear high vis, and bring a head torch.
