COVID-19 Update
A few announcements from the UK and Welsh Governments this week, which are taking a little while to unpick. Most pressing concern is Tuesday and Thursday training, which is now limited to 50 attendees. As we have not had more than around 35 since re-starting, we are not changing the system at this time; registration will remain advised and we will not be retaining records. This may change if there are further restrictions imposed.
However the coach / MC will monitor numbers and spilt into smaller groups if necessary. All runners should also be aware of members of the public and give them a wide berth, or turn back if needed. The overarching C19 Risk Assessment has been updated which everyone should read.
Tuesday 28 December
This week's session is Thornwell Loops, with Dick & Neil at 6:00pm, and Kev & Kelly at 7:00pm. Meet on Denbigh Drive, opposite the Tesco Express carpark.
Coach Dick says 'The Thornwell loop this week is clockwise so it’s the original loop we all love.
High viz is mandatory for winter sessions. Head torches will not be needed as the loop is well lit. Please do think about whether you will need a head torch on the way to and home from the session however.
In order to allow Dick and Kev to plan the best session for attendees, you are requested to register if you plan to come, giving your name and pace group only. Registration is not compulsory however, and details will not be retained following the session.

Thursday's run is Boughsprings. Meet in the lower Leisure Centre at 6:45pm, where Gareth will be MC, to get into in your groups. You may choose a tempo or more social run, a 45 minute out and back run, or a walk.
Please ensure you wear high vis, and bring a head torch.

You must not attend any Harriers training if you need to self isolate in accordance with Welsh guidelines.
Enjoy your running.
