Harriers Training - w/c 08 November

Tuesday 09 November

This week's session is Danes Loops, with Sue & John at 6:00pm, then Dick & Richard at 7:00pm. Meet outside the leisure centre.

Coach Sue says 'The loop is 1300m long with a notable hill. Runners will be running in their pace groups anti-clockwise round the loop with an active recovery and regroup along the top road. Expect to do between 2 and 5 loops depending which group you are in.

This session's focus is on the technical elements of hill climbing and descending, and will also help build strength and endurance. Aim for Zone 3 throughout (half marathon effort)'.

In order to allow Sue and Dick to plan the best session for attendees, you are requested to register if you plan to come, giving your name and pace group only. Registration is not compulsory however, and details will not be retained following the session.

Please ensure you wear a high viz top.
