Harriers Training - w/c 25 October

Tuesday 26 October

This week's session is Paarlauf, with Kev  & Stuart at 5:20pm, and Sue & Lindsey 5:50pm.

Coach Kev says: 'Aim of  Session : To improve speed & cardio-vascular system.  3-5k effort.

Paarlauf on the track. Jog warm up with drills then partner up. 15min each way with 3min break in the middle to swap sides and recover.

Runner A will run the first 200m of the track. Runner B will wait at 200m mark and start their rep when their partner arrives. Runner A will start their recovery jog across track arriving in time to meet Runner B completing their rep back at the start. Continue until 15mins completed.

Avoid getting in the way of runners as they approach their finish. Oh and enjoy last track session of 2021 Everyone...'.

In order to allow Kev and Sue to plan the best session for attendees, you are requested to register if you plan to come, giving your name and pace group only. Registration is not compulsory however, and details will not be retained following the session.

Thursday 28 October

Thursday's run is Beachley. Meet in the lower Leisure Centre at 6:15pm, where Gareth will be MC, to get into in your groups. You may choose a tempo or more social run, a 45 minute out and back run, or a walk.

Please ensure you wear high vis, and bring a head torch.

Off-Road Running Course

Thursday 28 and Friday 29 October, 7:30pm in the LC bar. Remember this is pre-registered attendees only. If you realise you can't attend please let Neil know as soon as possible.

If you are going to shower in the LC please remember to tell reception first, as we will be charged retrospectively per shower.

COVID-19

You must not attend any Harriers training if you need to self isolate in accordance with Welsh guidelines.
