Thursday 10 June
Thursday's run is Mathern, meeting in the lower Leisure Centre carpark at 1845hrs. Set off in your pace groups for a tempo or social run. Or groups may choose to do a 45 minute out and back run, or a walk.
There is no pre-registration required; Anne is facilitating so please make sure you give her your name when you arrive for Track and Trace purposes.
Please also ensure you are familiar with our C19 risk assessment.
