Tuesday's session is the Danes/Lancaster Loops with James and Sarah at 6.30pm.

Coach Sarah says: 'We will meet outside the entrance of Chepstow Leisure Centre for a briefing, and will then jog to the start of the loop at the top of Huntfield Road to complete one lap to warm up.

Runners will be running in their pace groups anti-clockwise. The loop starts at the top of Huntfield Road and takes in Lancaster Lane and the playground steps, and ends at the top of Kingsmark Avenue (810m) with an active recovery/ regroup along Kingmark Lane (240). The session is 30 minutes long.

The session focuses on technical elements of hill climbing and relaxed downhill running to build strength, stamina and endurance.

The playground steps onto Kingsmark Avenue are run by the runner bounding up with minimal ground contact to provide a plyometric element.

Warm/Cool Down by jogging back to the Leisure centre and doing static stretches'.

High-viz is mandatory and a head-torch is required through the park
