Please note hi-viz is mandatory for all sessions
Tuesday 31 January
Please read these details carefully as it will save time on the night. Use the links below for information on time bands and training levels.
Tuesday's session is 400s on the Link Road, with Dick & Bethan at 6:15pm, and Lindsey & Dick at 7:00pm. We will meet at the top of the link road for both sessions, please arrive warmed up and ready to run!
Coach Lindsey says: 'This is a 400m interval session. You will run up to 8 reps at level 3 effort with a 200m active recovery. Try to pick a pace that challenges you but that you can sustain for all 8 reps - that will likely mean your pace is slightly slower on the uphill than the downhill. Remember, level 3 effort means you should be capable of saying only a few words at the end of each rep. If you can hold a full conversation you're not trying hard enough!
As we’ll have people running towards each other, we recommend not using head torches, but consider whether you need one for the way to or from the session'.
High-viz is mandatory
