Tuesday 15 February
This week's session is Elm Road, with Dick & Rich at 6:00pm, and Andy & John 7:00pm.
Coach Dick says:
'Meet at the Gloucester Road end of Elm Road, with handy parking at Elm Close. If you’re not jogging there as your warm up, allow 20 minutes for preparation.
High viz is mandatory for winter sessions. Head torches will not be needed, especially as runners will be facing each other during the session, but look out for vehicles pulling in and out of property. Please also think about whether you will need a head torch on the way to and home from the session.
In order to allow Dick and Andy to plan the best session for attendees, you are requested to register if you plan to come, giving your name and pace group only. Registration is not compulsory however, and details will not be retained following the session.
