Thursday's run is Boughsprings, meet in the lower Leisure Centre carpark at 1845hrs and set off in your pace groups for a tempo or social run. Or groups may choose to do a 45 minute out and back run, or a walk.
There is no pre-registration required; Al is facilitating so please make sure you give him your name when you arrive for Track and Trace purposes.
Please also ensure you are familiar with our C19 risk assessment.
