Training

The good news is that club training is back. The rule of 30 exists for a while yet so you need to book up in order to join the training on Tuesday or Thursday. Please see posts from the training team on this.

Fell Series
You have until end of Friday this week to register a time for the Pen Tir MapRun in the club series. So far a total of 16 Harriers have had a least one attempt.

On the weekend 1st/2nd May there is a score MapRun in the same area and from pretty much the same starting point. It's a 90 min score event - get to as many checkpoints as you want (care to) in under 90 mins. You can do this solo, in a pair or group. It's not in the fell series but may be of interest to fell runners in the club. Details here:

Races

This coming Sunday is the Speedway 10k. The first Harriers' organized event for some while. James Blore is the RO. It's going to be speedy! If you now find yourself free on the day - I'm sure James could do with more marshals/helpers last minute.
