- As editor I will try to share any other news items you as a member might be interested in. If you have anything you would like to share with the club please let me have it before Sunday 12:00 noon as this weekly news item will go out at around 6pm every Sunday.

Many thanks to Steve and Niki for keeping us all on the straight and narrow over the last 4 weeks with the 5 mile, 5k, best AG% challenges. Results for the most recent (the AG%) are here:

Remember that there is also an opportunity for you to record your virtual 1 mile, 5k, 5 miles and 10k times in a club database. This may help you chart your progress as the weeks go by. For this, current virtual competitions and results just go to the website and see the Virtual Races 2021 button on the home page.
This coming week is a rest from virtual challenges but the week after is the 4th in the 5X5 GLCL 5 Mile Virtual Competition. Remember that as well as scoring for yourself in the individual age category competition you also score for the club. 10 for each male team A - C, making a total of 30 and 6 in each ladies team A-C so a total of 18. However, even those outside the top 30 men and 18 ladies help the club by pushing runners from other clubs down the list so they get less points.
WA Survey
I've received this from Dick Finch. It's a survey from Welsh Athletics. It asks you to grade them on their performance on a number of issues, to indicate what services are important to you, etc. Worth doing in order to give them feedback.
