This week's session is Pyramids on the Leisure Centre track, at 6:05pm & 6:40pm. Both sessions will be coached by Sue and Lindsey.
Coach Sue says: 'Please be warmed up and ready to start.
The pyramid this week is building from a slow to a faster speed, and back down again.
So 800 building from chat speed to a few words speed (level 1 to 3), 400 at few word speed (level 3), 200 not quite all out, 400 at few word speed (3). Then back to 800 then 400 200 400.
If time to finish a mass 200 flat out or if you prefer a bit of a warm down
Rests as you need, probably between 90 sec and 2 mins.
All will be explained on the night. Looking forward to seeing you all'.
