Thursday's run is the Severn Bridge, so meet in the underpass at 1845hrs to get into in your groups. You may choose a tempo or social run on the night race route. Or you may want to challenge yourself with a self--timed 5k on either parkrun route, or groups may choose to do a 45 minute out and back run, or a walk.
There is no pre-registration required; John is facilitating so please make sure you give him your name when you arrive for Track and Trace purposes.
Please also ensure you are familiar with our C19 risk assessment.
