Hi all.
As announced today by the First Minister, Wales will remain in Alert Level 4 for at least another three weeks. However as of tomorrow, Saturday 20 Feb, up to four people from no more than two households may meet and exercise together. As previously both households must start and finish exercise from their own home.
England remains in lockdown with no changes to exercise regulations, so a maximum of two people from separate households may exercise together. Please bear this in mind if running from Wales into England.
