The Week Ahead 30 Oct 2017

Jog down to the top of the Severn Bridge cycle track on Tuesday where Coach Jane will be, ready for a 7.20 start for the Severn Bridge Hills.
2 x 15 minutes of 600 metre laps of continuous running with 3 minutes recovery back at the start. Each lap includes a long and short hill. 10k effort up the long hill and 5k effort up the short one. Use the downhills to recover. Practice pace judgement and aim for consistent lap times. Practice your running form.
On Thursday we have the November Club Champs, a night race in Great Barnetts and adjoining woodland.
Please report to the LC bar first to pick up your number and chip (it’ll be the one you were given for this year’s Handicap). Then drive to the main car park on the left hand side of the Usk Road, about half a mile along from the turn at the Budgens shop. Andy Creber the Organiser says aim to arrive at the car park for 7.

The 45 minute run starts at 7 led by Jackie
