Tuesday's track session is 15 x 300 metres with the 100 metre straight as a slow jog recovery. Run with your pace group and take it in turns to lead.
On Thursday in Chepstow Park Wood we run the third Handicap in the series of four. First runner off at 7pm, it's the traditional clockwise circuit. Organiser Mike is pitching for a big turnout with everyone going full out to break the course records!
Runners are asked to kindly wear a race number so we can practise our new timing system. The usual drinks and snacks after the run.
