On Tuesday Sue is asking us to 'speed it up' as the session progresses. Start with 4 laps of the track, rest, then speed up for 3 laps, rest, speed up a bit more for 2 laps, rest, speedier yet for 1 lap, and after the final recovery - whiz round lickety-split for the last half-lap.
Thursday's run is the club's trademark 3 woods, which is so called because we run through Great Barnetts Wood and Cockshoot Woods.
