Tuesday's session is the ever-popular track paarlauf for which you'll need a partner of equal speed. You'll place yourselves on opposite sides of the track and take it in turns to run the 200 metres to your partner. When he/she is running their 200m you'll jog back across the track in time to take over your leg of the relay.
You continue for 15 minutes, take a break, and then do another 15 mins in the opposite direction.
For the second part of the evening, Ivan will divide you into teams for a relay - what jolly fun!
Thursday's run takes us over to Sedbury, through the Diving Centre, over the fields to Boughspring, and back via Glos Way/Offa's Dyke.
