Coach Sue says: "Tuesday's training is our regular session down at Thornwell.
Longer Intervals of 1200m run at 5km pace but repeated 4 or 5 times.
Warm up is
from the Leisure Centre and should include some speed bursts down the link
road; every 3rd lamppost is a good guide. If you go straight there
make sure you warm up. Chief Coach Dick will be in charge tonight as
unfortunately I am away."
