This Tuesday we have our first session of the year on the track. Starts with the
warm up laps followed by some drills. Then we have a classic interval session
designed to improve your speed endurance and pace judgement. 4/5 or 5/6 X 800m.
Don't forget - we meet on the field!
The 3 Woods run on Thursday OR for those who missed Tuesday's session - 5 X 800 on the track.
