The Week Ahead 26 August 2013

Tuesday's session, introduced by MC Niki Morgan and delivered by Coach Andy Meek-Welsh, will be a variation of the popular Up-the-Clock, known as Progressive Intervals. Sounds intriguing.
MC Bram Fischer offers a choice on Thursday of the Three Woods run OR the Pyramid and Molehill track session. Andy explains that a Molehill isn't as steep as a Pyramid giving runners a chance to vary the session to suit their needs.
