Injured? Coming back from injury? Got a niggle that gets worse with too much running?




Then the answer to your prayers might be Aqua Running, a brilliant weight-bearing cardio-vascular work-out that exercises all the muscles, tendons and ligaments you use in running.




You get as much training effect from aqua running that you do from a run without the injury risk.




Where and when? Chepstow Leisure Centre every Tuesday at 8.15; Caldicot LC every Monday & Wednesday at 7.30.




Cost? Free if you’re a gym member, or £3.50 per session.
