Down to that nice Beachley track Tuesday for a pyramid session. We start with one lap (400 metres) then two, three, four, three, two and back to one, with slight variations according to which group you’re in.
We leave the LC at 7, warm up at 7.10, drills at 7.20, start pyramid at 7.30.
If you’re jogging down, be there at 7.20 to join in the drills.
Thursday’s run is mainly the Wye Valley Walk to Eagles Nest and back via St Arvans.
Those doing the Rack Raid on Sunday will know which leg they’re doing. We’ve only got just enough runners, so anyone volunteering to be available to stand in at the last moment will be welcomed with open arms. Please tell Lou if you’re prepared to be called on.
