Busy week coming up dear Reader – hope you’re up to it.
On Tuesday you’ll be torn between tackling the advertised Steep Street session (6 long/6 short) and the seductive thought of running the whole length of Beech Grove with an easy jog recovery along High Beech back to the start. The plan is 9 reps split into three sets of three.
On Thursday the good ol’ reliable Itton 8 is scheduled, but again we’ve promised to put on a speed session alternative for those who fancy it. The choice is yours, and you can express your preference for your favourite session by adding a Comment at the bottom of this Blog.
Whatever you do, don’t forget it’s Curry Night! And you may also have heard that our Tom Gibbs is bringing along a lot of running and cycling gear that he’s clearing out before his move oop North. Help yourself before or after your run. All free but Charity donations recommended.
And finally... Gwent League cross-country at Brecon on Saturday. Women start at 12.50 and men at 2.20. Meet at LC at 10.50. Runners and helpers needed. See Lou’s posting on the Bulletin Board.
